We do everything we can to make sure that the games we send you will be games that you’ll like, but if for any reason there is a game, or games, you don’t like then you have fourteen days from the receipt of your crate to return it to us.
You must return your crate to us, in its original condition, within this period. The games must be unopened, with any seals and outer packaging intact. Upon receipt of your crate and after we have confirmed its contents are in the same condition when they left us, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the crate (in the case of a pre-paid subscription this will be pro-rata to the value of the pre-paid subscription) or extend your subscription by one month, whichever is agreed between us.
Please note that:
- we will not reimburse you for the shipping costs that you may incur in returning any goods to us, except in the case where:
- the games you have received are damaged, or
- where there has been a fault in the software which selects the games for you and where we have accepted this fault and acknowledged that you should not have been sent the games which you were sent.
- if the games are returned to us in a condition that is below that of which it was sent to you, you may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the value of the game or games, or we may be unable to accept the return and therefore cancel the refund.
To initiate the return process please get in touch by emailing us at email@example.com, making sure to include your name, address, order number and reason for return.
You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your crate to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your return in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.
Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the crate.
